Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that we have strict policies regarding returns; especially regarding made to measure and altered items along with sale items, which cannot be returned unless faulty. Any other product can be returned, though we reserve the right to charge and administration fee of 10% for non-faulty items returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept non-faulty curtains back once the header tape has been pulled at all. We request that you contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery before going ahead with any return as returns need to be authorised by one of our staff before anything is sent back to us; please contact us on sales@curtain4u.co.uk or 01902 399764 with your delivery date, order number and reason for return and we will get back to you with instructions on the best way to proceed. All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent, with all packaging, labels and tags still intact or where possible, attached. Please enclose a note stating your name, the order number and the reason for return. Returns where the goods are faulty… After you have contacted us, we will arrange collection of the items via DHL from your address. If you prefer, we can arrange collection from an alternate address. As soon as we receive the goods back, we will either reimburse you or arrange for a replacement. Returns where the goods are not faulty… We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for returns where there is no fault. We will retain 10% of the total charged for any faultless returns. Non-faulty returns must be returned to our offices at your own cost. In this case, return postage and packaging are entirely the responsibility of the customer, and its safe delivery is the customer’s responsibility until receipt by us. |
