How to use the Item Page   Some users have experienced confusion as to how to use the item page. Once you have selected the colour you are after, you should be presented with a page like this one. This leads to a confirmation box where you can continue with your order. Confirmation Box not Appearing  A box like the one above should appear after clicking on the price of the required curtain. If there is an alteration option available on the curtain, you will be prompted to make your selection at this stage. Some users have reported that this does not appear at all; this problem usually occurs due to an outdated internet browser. For the uninitiated, this is the software that you use to view the internet, and you can get an up to date browser from Microsoft, Mozilla or Google. Please download and install the software as per the instructions and try viewing the page again in the updated browser. Search Function Currently, our search function only responds to exact terms, so typing in “red pencil pleat curtain” will only bring up results where that exact wording is in the item title. If you are looking for a specific header type in a specific colour but would just like to browse the range according to your needs, we advise you use the “Browse by Criteria” drop down boxes rather than the search function.
